UConn Innovation Partnership Building - Eversource & UTC Tenant Spaces

RHL was selected to provide furniture for the Eversource and UTC tenant spaces in UConn’s new Innovation Partnership Building (IPB). The new 115,000 square foot facility, designed by renowned architects Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and located in UConn’s new Technology Park, will be home to research partnerships between the University and leading businesses and industries.
The project included a variety of spaces including private offices, open team areas, an operation room and project rooms. Private offices were furnished with Haworth Masters series case goods, in both wood and laminate finishes. Haworth’s Reside desking was used for the open team areas to enhance collaboration.
